Located in the north coast city of El Progreso, Honduras, was founded in 1981 by present owner-manager Juan Bendeck. Specializing in the art of woodcarving, IMAPRO´s unique pieces show the warmth and beauty of the Honduran culture as well as the individuality and ability of it´s people. Throughout the year IMAPRO´s products such as doors, chests and screens have reached international recognition because of their detailed work and colorful themes. Today, IMAPRO is the largest hand carving mahogany factory in the country and has one of the biggest showrooms with wooden carved products in all Central America.
